I lost power at 8pm on a Saturday evening. I called Eversource but was told the problem was not with their system. Stephen is totally professional and very thorough. He came to my home to fix a few overhead lights and - as part of his standard service - did a safety check of the 3 panels in the house, one of which is original (>40 years). He identified an issue with that one and gave me options for remediation with a written estimate. We scheduled the remediation for later this week. I’m impressed by Stephen’s detailed explanation of how these complex systems work, the range of options available and the pros/cons of each option, as well as his competitive pricing.
