He came to my home to fix a few overhead lights and - as part of his standard service - did a safety check of the 3 panels in the house, one of which is original (>40 years). He identified an issue with that one and gave me options for remediation with a written estimate. We scheduled the remediation for later this week. I’m impressed by Stephen’s detailed explanation of how these complex systems work, the range of options available and the pros/cons of each option, as well as his competitive pricing. Plus he showed up when he said he would which is not always the case among the trades. I plan to update this review after he completes the job. See more See less
